Religions
In the end
it will be
simplicity and sweetness
that binds us together
Religions generally form around a holy person or a progression of holy people. The precepts of these people are practiced by followers with the hope that one’s life will become more elevated, freer and meaningful.
One can analyze this phenomenon and come to a variety of conclusions:
- that life is better because of religions
- that life is worse because of them
- that life is better and also worse, depending on many variables.
I would say every perspective represents some level of reality, that we live in a world out of control, with the majority of people in possession of few real inner experiences. That somehow religions have failed us.
Who do we blame, perhaps God, perhaps the Prophets and Gurus, or maybe the people, perhaps Maya and the devil, hey what about me and you?
But perhaps the real problem is how we are educated, that when children start school we teach them Maya (belief systems, fundamentalism, physical realities and body consciousness), negating the most important fact of all - our own being - inner self and knowledge about the ego, which is the basis for real science and spirituality.
The need for the old concept of religion is a dead horse, the new age will spring forth when each child is given the tools to discover on a practical level the realities of the inner self and ego.
